Welcome to The Body & Blood. Here is housed a series of 5 performance videos where I tell a 19th Century Irish Famine folk fable in verse. It is my original story about the fall and fall of Maggie Murtagh, a country girl who transmogrifies into a vigilante cannibal nun. Maggie steals from the rich to give to the starving poor. She eats her victims; becomes an addict and destroys her soul. The five episodes go live over five days starting on Monday 10th January 2022.
